At Moorside Primary School we see community as being at the heart of our school as stated in our Mission Statement.
We work closely to develop our local links and have many partnerships including:
- Consett Academy
- Moorside Children’s Centre
- Police community support Officer (PCSO)
- School Nurse
- Messy Church – The Grove Methodist Church
- Local Health visitor
- Derwentside Cluster of Schools including The Grove Primary, Castleside Primary School, Delves Lane Primary School, Consett Infant School, Consett Junior School, Benfieldside Primary School and Shotley Bridge Primary School.
These links, together with our parental involvement, help us to develop our role within the local community and provide opportunities for our learners.
