Pupil Voice

At Moorside Primary School we are committed to ensuring children are an integral part of the running of our school. They have many roles such as School Councillor’s, Junior Road Safety Officer’s, SNAG Group members, Buddies, Prefects, House Captains and Vice Captains.

Here are some of the things our children have said about our school:

The teachers help when you are stuck on work.

Playtimes make the school good.
Role-play in class while we’re doing work.
That you pick puddings and dinners.
That you put the talent in things that we do.”

It is really good at school when we learn. I like when we play and learn and we have fun with our teachers.

The school look after us well.
The school is helping us.
The teachers are nice and kind.”

I think the school is better because we care. We do your best. We have clubs.

They always help you when you need it.
Staff talk to you.
Make sure that you’re safe.
Listen to you when you talk.
I can be confident in school.
I am get very well with my work.”

I think they are good at keeping us safe and everything in school and helping us at our work. I would like to say that all of the teachers work hard and we need to reward them also Mrs Templeton and Mr Potter.
